Thought this to be the bees knees of garages But now feel let down The head lights have water in them and at over 1000 each to replace is poor But worse of all when I checked oil on car found it to be on minimum level. I took this up with garage who seemed to think it was OK to send a car out like that. With 40 years experience as a vehicle technician this is something I would never do so disappointed

First brand new car in years and we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of service from James Haugh. We were expertly dealt with by Rob, a true professional and a credit to the company. He guided us through the process efficiently with his cheerful, respectful manner. The whole process went like clockwork and we are delighted with our new MG HS car.

I accompanied my Dad in buying a car from James Haugh recently and the salesman Raymond Reid couldnt have been more helpful. He was incredibly friendly and polite and very knowledgeable on all of the cars on display but particularly every aspect of the new Vauxhall Astra. He spent time showing my Dad all of the controls in his new car and really couldnt have been any better at his job. My Dad was given a great trade in price for his old car and Raymond has even phoned my Dad since to check that all is going well. All of the staff were welcoming at the garage and we wouldnt hesitate to recommend them and use them again in the future.
