Absolutely shambolic. I bought 2 afternoon tea gift vouchers for my friend's just before Christmas. 50. They went to use it today and got told no as new owners. At time of purchase there was no mention that the buisness was changing hands. The lady that sold me the vouchers was the one that turned away my friends. She told me she has already honoured 635 of other people's vouchers but not ours. I would have been as angry If she had not said this... other people are ok but not my friends. OK to take 50 and give nothing back. But it's coles problem not hers.. you are the one that physically gave me my vouchers!! I feel absolutely robbed... you can take money and not honour vouchers ( well not our vouchers but you can other people).

It's been a while since we've been in and we were most disappointed. It began with a dirty table which we had to ask to be cleaned! We ordered (eventually) tea and scones,we were brought a pot of tea and 5 minutes later we were given cups! Surely the cups should come first or accompany the teapot. Scones took a further 10 minutes! When we went to pay a girl came behind the counter,ignored us and walked back out from the counter! All in all a poor experience from start to finish. Some customer service training may be in order.
