        We had some gear problems on a tour of Galloway. John immediately fixed our bikes while we had an excellent coffee next door. Thanks John.

        i had been using this shop for the last 2yrs as its local to me. Ive had to bike services 9 spoke changes, had them fit a rear cassette, bought water bottle and bracket. So took my bike round for another service 21/07/21) as the chain was slipping. I was later told after the inspection that i needed to change chain, rear cassette and chain set . Unfortunately ( says John the manager) cant get the parts until September. I suggested that i could maybe source the parts and he could fit them to which he stated NO. I said that was unreasonable as i had used his services many times to which he replied "well i maybe would have but now you're being a bit snippy then definitely no"! What a clown and safe to say will never use this guy again.
