        A very pleasant Bed & Breakfast venue with great views from the breakfast conservatory. I have been using this facility for almost two years and the high standard has never wavered. The rooms are large and well-kitted with good quality amenities, comfortable beds and lots of soundproofing. The breakfast is absolutely superb and very filling. I think I have picked up half a stone due to those breakfasts. Ample parking off-road and on-site. The B&B is right at the end of Locharbriggs with great views of the mountains behind Dumfries and on clear days you can see the mountains in Cumbria.
