        We had a super friendly vet who put my pets at ease during their visit. Quick but professional and just as wonderful an experience as vaccine getting can be. Thank you!

        In my case,i needed an Animal Health Certificate for my dog. Visit them for a vaccination, everything was fine,the vets was friendly and nice. After i was asking for info from the arrogant and not friendly receptionist, she gave me tho form,i filled out,send back via email. Didn't got any answer back. Call her again,she transfer my request to another vet. And before that,she told me that i need to inform them about my country's regulations. My question is,is it my job to prepare all the infos and papers as a customer or vets job?! And i don't need to mention, im paying for their services. Not satisfied, especially with the receptionist attitude and arrogance. Looking for another vet,who can fix my request easily with smile.

        Very impressed with my dogs vets. Its obvious that they care about the animal and not just about cost. The vets and reception staff are very knowledgeable and I always feel at ease going there
