        Complete an utter shambles been contacting them for months when claiming for expenses and loss of earnings I was told it would take up to 2 weeks since then Ive been chasing my tail with them each time you get through they take your number and say they will contact you which they do not quick enough to take your money slow enough to reimburse you

        DESPITE TELEPHONING & E-MAILING DUMBARTON PROCURATOR FISCALS OFFICE ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS, THEY DIDN'T BOTHER TO UPDATE THEIR OWN RECORDS & I'VE HAD WARRANTS HAND DELIVERED & POLICE TURN UP AT MY DOOR LOOKING FOR THE SON OF THE PREVIOSU OWNER. THESE CLERKS SHOULD BE SACKED AS THEY ARE CLEARLY NOT FIT FOR ANY PURPOSE. ONE MISTAKE I COULD ACCEPT, BUT FOR ALMOST A YEAR THEY HAVE FAILED TO UPDATE THEIR OWN RECORDS & CAUSED EMBARRASSMENT TO MYSELF & MY FAMILY. IF THAT'S THE LEGAL ESTABLISHMENT YOU CAN KEEP IT! UTTER RUBBISH!
