After getting several quotes and a bit of uncertainty we chose Shepherd Chartered Surveyors and were not disappointed. The fee was fair and the booking and survey were really straightforward and made easier by really good communication from them. The final product is fantastic and they are very receptive to feed back. I highly recommend Shepherd Chartered Surveyors if you are looking for a straightforward and good home report.

After careful selection and many recommendations I had chosen Shepards Dumbarton branch to carry out the task of completing the home report for my property in Alexandria. All communication before the home Report had been complete was very quickly received in a professional manner by Pamela and the team within the office with no issues getting booked in. Elliot had arrived in perfect timing and was very pleasant throughout the duration of the report. Elliot had managed to complete my survey and turn out my draft report very quickly which was of course, greatly received and appreciated with no hold ups or delays.
