When in store the staff were really lovely and helpful making sure the process was as easy as it could be and I was able to select the next day for delivery to the store. A text notified me that the order was ready for collection and I picked it up with no issues.
I think if I had not been using a gift card the process of ordering online would have been simple but ultimately it was inconvenient to go and order in store.
