        Extremely helpful staff, slotted our pooch in to have her coat cut around her eyes and face as it was getting a bit shaggy. Normally a bit anxious, our dog was put at ease right away and groomed without any issues developing.

        These guys at the groom room have done a fantastic job on both my dogs, I can always get an appointment and the staff are very friendly and will answer any queries you have , so I would have no problem in recommending the groom room Dumbarton. Thanks guys.

        I booked my boys in Mack and Tosh in for a wash brush and trim on tail and toes today 21/05/22 l have been taking my boys for years. My normal price is around 35 each for this service. When l picked them up 2 hours later l was given the new price of 75 each l was so confused l spoke with the quite unfriendly lady not Laura l may add, she was not listening to me about my previous service and charge. I had to pay as my dogs were distressed and obs wanted to leave. On further inspection when home tbh not the best groom they have had as was told they had the full groom . I realise my dogs r large and might be quite a challenge l, still left reeling at the new cost. Take away be careful and arrange price before hand. Very disappointed
