Had these guys harass me by telephone, text message for about month now and then a letter I received yesterday. Saying i had debt with EDF from January 2023. I do not! I was with EDF and still am but I moved. My account was clear before I moved and I 2 emails that say so. And I spoke to EDF aswell, they confirmed my account was clear. Managed to speak to Opos told them the same and the response was "no problem we will take your name and number off of our system" - what a scam! I almost paid it this morning too because i was worried! Glad I spoke to EDF before doing anything and checking my records twice.

All I want to do is set up standing order, im not going through the income and expenditure again get it off capquest, I require at least 2 months statement showing payments made and balance. if you cant provide these then I cant work with you. David Dennett
