Shocking experience attempting to book 4 days accomodation for myself and my family of 11 people at this venue through Airbnb in Cats Castle as well as Cats Whiskers next door. I was unable to send messages through the app and therefore contacted Paul directly In order to ask some simple questions regarding accomodation and some negative feedback the properties had had I explained my difficulty with the app and confirmed that I was more than happy for him to message me through the app he refused to do so. Following this request he had someone else (Gemma) tell me that he was unwilling to take our booking. I am totally puzzled as to why he should do this and consider it a sham king way to deal with a potential customer. On reflection, perhaps I have had a lucky escape?

JUST FYI BEWARE I thought it was a castle to look as an attraction when I typed it in Google... it wasn't. So don't make the mistake I did by using Google maps for castle. It's not a RUNIES attractions!!!! No offense to the owner of this residence. If I was looking for airbnb I would rent this place in a heartbeat. So airbnb fans it's a beautiful place. This this is a private residence air bnb location. It's rented out. It's not a public place to walk around and take pictures. The guests were kind enough to let me walk around the outside to take a few snapshots.. Posted 07/21/2022
