Studio Ted Architecture

We approached Ken at Studio Ted to reconsider the layout of our detached house and look at creating additional space for our family. Ken was approachable and friendly and understood what we wanted to achieve. The layouts tabled exceeded our expectations and offered options we hadn't considered. The planning application could have been tricky due to proximity to neighbours and boundary but it was handled professionally and swiftly. Can not stress enough to value we gained by going with a registered and experienced Architect over the cheaper 'drawing services' out there, as he was able to see all the planning/construction/layout issues at once and resolve, or navigate them before putting anything in front of us. I would highly recommend him! Our large side extension will certainly add value not only to the house, but to the way we live in it.

I have used Studioted Architecture on two projects over the last nine months small extension and kitchen conversion including removal of a supporting wall. In both cases the architect, Ken Plant, has shown himself to be extremely professional in all aspects. His work is exemplary and all tasks are carried out in a timely manner. His advice is sound and freely given. Nothing appears to be too much trouble and he is always willing to help and support the client. I would thoroughly recommend his services to anyone requiring a professional service.

From the get go Ken was excellent. His professionalism was on point and he had a clear understanding of what we wanted to achieve with our extension. Ken brought great ideas to the table for us and was able to get our drawings made up in excellent time and handle all of our planning and building permissions for us making it an easy and stress free experience! Ken is well connected and was able to assist us in finding a structural engineer at a great price without the need to wait for months on end. The fees we paid were very reasonable for the work compared to other local companies and i can not fault him in any way. We are now nearly ready for the build stage and are looking forward to seeing the end product. If we ever take on a project like this again or decide to extend further again in the future i would not go anywhere else other than Studio Ted Architecture. I have no problems in recommending Studio Ted Architecture to anyone looking for a reliable, honest and genuine professional company! Thank you.
