The Lunchbox Dufftown

I thought I would treat myself to lunch today as a reward for losing weight. I wish I hadnt bothered! I wasted 5 on a cream of mushroom soup (my favourite usually) and a cheese scone (another favourite usually). The soup was thin with large pieces of mushrooms, and no hint of creaminess. The scone was a strange colour and had a weird taste. A total waste of money and hugely disappointing. This place was so much nicer before it changed hands, I wont be back, yuk!

Popped in for some take-away lunch items. Initial impressions were of a very clean shop, and friendly staff who made us feel welcome whilst we read the menu. The food was good, and the whisky tea-loaf we had was monumentally moreish. Go here and you'll come away with something tasty to eat.

Really good lunch spot! Fresh and really flavourful, and very reasonably priced! We had the jackfruit and salad wrap and the BLT toastie. Both were excellent! If you're in the area, this is a really refreshing lunch option! 100% recommend!!
