Took weeks to get an appointment. When I finally got one, I was running late. When I called to say I'd be five minutes late, I was told to reschedule with the earliest appointment being a few weeks away, and that there's no emergency appointments. Not helpful when you've had a serious virus for over a month and wanted to discuss your mental health. Was told that I should have called in the morning to let them know I'd be late. An absolute shambles.
