        Thank you Francis for an amazing retreat and stay at the Kirk, such a beautiful place. I loved all parts of the retreat but especially the yoga. It has got me back into my yoga. I met some lovely people and was made to feel so welcome on my own. Thank you Francis I plan on coming back
