Quiet Landscapes

Just had a fantastic week on the Isle of Harris with Margaret Soraya & 2 fellow participants. Margarets relaxed style of teaching suited me well & I felt I learned a lot in this atmosphere. The weather was challenging but made for some interesting images. The accommodation at The Harris Hotel was warm & comfortable & the food tasty. Nothing was too much trouble for Margaret & I highly recommend her course. Im looking forward to being able to book my next one....!

Loved the week of photography. I had hoped to learn new things, new locations, view the aurora and make new friends. All achieved. Margaret and James make a good team and there was always help if needed. The food was excellent and the accommodation very comfortable.

Margaret is a great workshop leader - relaxed, creative and fun. I enjoyed the trip to Orkney a lot.

It has been a completely different experience for me, as I always favour urban landscapes. But Margaret showed me a new way of connecting with the landscape and find creativity through photography. I loved every minute of this workshop.

My second workshop with Margaret. The organisation of the workshops are second to none with considerable thought and preparation put into each day across a variety of locations. Accomodation is top notch. Harris and Lewis and previously the Orkney's speak for themselves as places to travel to, but Margaret's location knowledge is excellent. However what makes these workshops really special is the opportunity to slow down and take your time in wonderful surroundings with Margaret on hand to offer great advice and encouragement. Can't wait for the next one - thanks Margaret for a fantastic time.
