Loch Ness Hub & Travel

Finally made a visit to Scotland to hike the Great Glen Way last month. The scenery was as beautiful as I had hoped, and the people we met along the way were among the kindest you will ever meet. A special thank you to Russel Fraser and his crew at Loch Ness Hub in Drumnadrochit who went out of their way to ensure we could visit Urquhart Castle even after wed already hiked many miles the day they ferried us to and fro. Great community based organization that can surely help you make the most of your visit to the area. Thanks to each of you!

We used Loch Ness Travel to transport our baggage along the route of Great Glen Way and also the shuttle service when required. We have no qualms in recommending using this service. Any worries were sorted immediately. The Caledonian Sleeper was 40 mins late into Fort William but Jim ( the baggage transfer man) waited for us with a name board. All very welcoming.

Russell looked after us perfectly. Hassle free luggage forwarding (feels like magic), plus drop offs for splitting the walk between Drumnadrochit and Inverness. Also great to know that using this company is benefitting the local community directly.
