        Owner really arrogant and full of herself. I asked her if she could knit a baby blanket that I wanted to purchase as a gift for a friend. She refused because "she only knits luxury items" and "I'll be better off looking for an amateur who could do it for me", suggesting between the lines that I can't afford her "luxurious" products. Good luck to your business with that attitude!
