Ghastly!! When I first came to this establishment I approached the bar and was greeted by no one until a man came out of a mysterious door, who I now believe to be the manger (he didn't say his name). He was very unwelcoming and it made me feel very unwanted, then proceeding to grunt at me while cautiously showing me my table. He then awkwardly took my order while scuttling off into the shadows and coming back with a glass of lemonade with NO ice. Appalling. I came to Scotland in search for an adventure for culture and fine dining however I was rather displeased to find the venison tasted like it had been frozen then heated up in an oven. Yucky! The customer service is what let me down the most as he didn't even ask me how the food was or say goodbye to me but instead gave me a cold dirty look. The only conversation he had with me was when he claimed that the restaurant was full the previous day. Obviously a blantant and manipulative lie as it was completely empty today. Luckily I didnt spend the night here, God knows what would've occurred. Overall I cant say I recommend staying here due to dull and unprofessional customer service and the sloppy food, very disappointed. Never again.

Le service est acceptable, il est important de noter que nous tions les seuls dans l'htel et que notre petit-djeuner tait trs copieux et qu'une grande attention avait t porte au service malgr l'absence d'autres clients.
