        Had my fair share of Dr's over the years and while these guys aren't perfect, they are human afterall, they do try and often go the extra bit to help. Compared to other areas in the UK, this little practise never fails to help and I genuinely don't have bad word to say against them ( there is of course always that one Dr who is less helpful than others but she's easily avoided) Any bad comments or complaints will 99% of time come from obnoxious visitors

        Terrible, called and they said go to the pharmacy. Pharmacy said no you need the doctor. They refused to see my wife. We were visiting from the USA and they said to go to the pharmacy. She had an ear infection and a drum perforated. Total joke.

        Probably the worst medical practice I've been with - front of house are rude and dismissive and the Drs honestly couldn't care less - you mention things to them and they completely ignore it - no follow up; nothing. Compared to the service you get in Aberdeenshire - it's atrocious here.
