Great service. Went for a test drive. Unfortunately the car was not what I expected. Tried something similar but I just couldn't decide. I was given time and after 24 hours decided the car was not for me. Sales manager was very understanding.

Very disappointed ordered my car on 5th May 2022.estimated handver date was 9th September 2022 only to be told today it could possibly be week 51 before I receive my new suzuki swift hybrid sz5. So that means won't get car until late December or Jan 2023.meaning just about 10months.was told waiting time was around 5/6 months wait for car back in May 2022.Yes understand car dealers are having few problems waiting for cars but to be told after nearly 6months could possibly be another 4 months .when I ordered car was happy with few months waiting time but now I am really disappointed .was really looking forward to receiving my car this month.its first time that I have chosen motobility car so not good experience for me

Called 4 times to book my car in for parts and service...apparently they can't do both at the same time. Got a call back and hung up as soon as I answered. Not great!

Bought a new car back in November. Few months later, told the colours I wanted are not available so had to choose between 2 disliked colours or wait an additional 6 months. Car arrived and got very bad MPG for the first 3k miles. Took it in to get looked at and all they did was reset the MPG. Luckily it improved after 3k miles. Unfortunately the whole process took so long that it went outside the 2 week return period, so I was stuck with the car either way. Got offered an alternative car which was 100 p/m more as the only other option. Won't be back.
