        Buying the car was fine and Ian (the seller) has been great but 2 delays on the car getting shipped adding up to 3 months.

        Leaving my car the night before was quick and easy. I requested if my car could be ready before 3.00 as I could get a lift ok and it was. When I went to collect my car I was met by Samantha, a lovely helpful girl who took time to discuss and explain an issue I had with my hand brake. She is an asset to your company as I didnt feel my question was irrelevant. My car had been valeted and washed which was a lovely extra. I also found the video of my brakes and tyres being check really interesting. All round a great experience and would recommend Parks of Irvine without hesitation.
