        Douglas came and gave us a no nonsense quote and didn't stay for hours like some national companies do offering all sorts of silly non existent discounts. Douglas explained the process and an installer visited to go over measurements. Installers phoned to arrange fitting and arrived at agreed time. Windows were installed in a day and the installers cleared up any mess both inside and out. I would recommend this company to anyone who is thinking about replacing windows. We are very satisfied.
