        All of the team at Doune are fantastic, but I wanted to mention my recent visit. Rachel Palmer ( reception) made me feel so at ease on the phone and then at the practice in person. She has a special way with her and is the perfect person for the job. I also received excellent care and attention from Nurse Lynne Bryce last year which again deserves recognition. She made me feel relaxed when I really wasn't. Hats off to Rachel, Lynne and all the staff at Doune. Keep up the great work. Thank you!

        Not good enough to be told an urgent appointment for a child is a 1 week wait having already sought Pharmacist assistance. Day 3 and still awaiting a call back to discuss despite sending photos by email.
