I am very, very impressed with Kevan and he is my one-stop shop for all things computing. He shows excellent technical knowledge and capability for both hardware and software issues. He has saved me quite a bit of money by rescuing my desktop - I was considering buying a new one - and bringing my laptops back to life - they had become unusable and were just lying about. He has updated all my systems and made them more secure. But it's not just that. The service is personal. He provides reassurance and explains what he is doing in a way which is neither condescending nor unnecessarily over-technical. Absolutely first rate! Keep it up, Kevan!

While visiting from Australia, I managed to spill a whole glass of red wine over my Dell laptop. The laptop melted down, and I followed suit - the usual story of critical files not backed up recently - and was in a total panic. Kevan Leith came to my rescue. He was brilliant, both technically and in terms of customer service, constantly letting me know where he was in the repair process. He sourced rare spare parts from multiple channels, including mother board and keyboard, and returned my beloved XPS to me as good as new, and at a fraction of the cost of buying a new unit. Outstanding result. The Doune area is lucky to have Kevan.

After moving to an older house I had problems with getting good broadband. I was given Kevins name by a friend and contacted him. Kevin is friendly and professional and explains in detail. I like to ask questions and felt Kevin explained not as a computer geek but easy to understand. It is nice to be able to conta t by phone if I need help or a home visit. I would definitely recommend Kevin. I am extremely happy with my broadband speed and a refreshed PC A big thank you Kevin
