Have used Carl and his team for removals & storage 4 times in the past 11 years. On every occasion they have provided a first class service with a strong customer focus. The team are extremely well organised and take great care with all aspects of the removals. Would highly recommend Sennetts.

Moving is stressful, everyone knows that. We are of the age that we have had moving stress quite a few times. With Sennetts the stress melted away. The guys are friendly, get on with the job, without the usual moaning, and just made the whole process a pleasure. Really can't recommend highly enough.

We had Sennetts of Douglas for our removal and all the guys were brilliant! Carl, the boss, his son Kendal, Steve and Iain. Friendly, polite, very obliging. 100% willing to please the customer. Ours was a large removal including heavy garden troughs, paving slabs and large planters. The guys lifted heavy furniture and even moved some large pieces from one room into another when we had not estimated accurately where they might fit. We cannot recommend highly enough this firm of removals. High fives all round

Cant thank Carl Smith enough for his invaluable assistance over the past 16 months. We stored items with Sennetts from August 2020 through to December 2021, when he and his team moved them to our second home in Stirlingshire. Living overseas, I was particularly impressed with Carls responsiveness to all forms of communication, be that by email or by telephone. His charges for storage and moving were reasonable and extremely competitive. A very good experience and I cant recommend him and his company highly enough.

Carl and his team were excellent in our recent home move. Because we moved to a new build we used Sennetts storage facilities for 4 months whilst we were out of our home. The team ensured that all the storage was securely packed and sealed and effortlessly loaded onto the lorry. We kept in touch with Carl regarding our entry date and once again the team were excellent in returning our contents and moving us in just before the lock down in March. I would thoroughly recommend Sennetts, the guys are first rate and very friendly and extremely helpful. Thanks again Carl. Mike and Marion.
