        Decided to do an impromptu visit to Dornoch and found the the Mara Restaurant at the Links House at Royal Dornoch. The staff are amazingly helpful, professional and friendly and the food is truly out this world. We have been fortunate enough to eat at Michelin Star Restaurants and we both agreed that the Mara Restaurant gave us that experience in terms of quality of food, flavours, atmosphere and professional staff. Definitely returning for more, thank you.

        Rooms: Beyond exceptional. Very clean standards and the attention to detail is very much on point. Bed and furniture very comfortable Walkability: Not far from Dornoch main town. A few minutes walk and you will see a few shops Carnegie distellery the Cathedral and a few pubs Food & drinks: Delicious and Amazing. Portions are ok. I would say if you have a main accompany it with a side dish. The presentation is also effortless.
