I arrived late on a Saturday afternoon on a bike that needed a new chain and cassette or my bike packing trip was over. Even though it was peak season and they were very busy I was back on my travels Monday morning with a shiny new chain and cassette with all problems fixed. Chris was very knowledgeable, accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely return here next time Im in Dornoch to try one of their other services i.e paddle boarding.

I needed an urgent replacement gear cable for my road bike. Chris from Heaven Bikes was able to complete the work quickly and professionally. Friendly and approachable. Reasonable price charged for the work. I would highly recommend.

Rented one of the Ridgeback e-bikes from Chris at Heaven Bikes in Dornoch yesterday and had a fantastic time. The bike was great - absolutely brand new - and Chris couldnt have been more helpful. I picked it up from him at the Dornoch Hub (the old police station) in the village centre and over the 4 hours I had it, I biked over to Loch Fleet, back up over by Poles and then along the Dornoch Firth to the bridge. The light was gorgeous and I saw Highland coos and seals galore. The electric motor gave me extra oomph when I needed it but I still felt as if Id had a good workout. Many thanks to Chris. Highly recommend!

Was cycling down the A9 when a spoke snapped on my rear wheel. Found Heaven Bikes on google, gave them a ring and they answered immediately and were very helpful! Service at the shop was excellent and the bike felt far better than before (even than before the mechanical!). Super nice bloke great service, highly recommend!
