Alistair was really easy to deal with. Very personable and reasonable and kept me informed and in the loop all the time in dealing with Planning. So glad he and his staff were there to speak to them. Very knowledgeable, informative and supportive about the process, made especially difficult with COVID backlogs, persons working from home, unreturned phone calls, collapsing Council payment websites ( to name but a few difficulties encountered!!!) Thank you to you all for listening and dealing with all my moans and frustrations!!!

We used Stairhill Architecture for our garage extension. They were so friendly and helpful and took care of everything for us. Alastair was really quick at getting back to us and was able to offer us great advice on everything. His drawings were excellent and he submitted our application for planning permission. This took all the hassle out of it for us and it made the whole process so easy. We were really surprised with how reasonable the service was considering the excellent customer service we received as well and we will definitely use Stairhill again for any future plans we have.
