I was so nervous about finding a dress but Lesley was so lovely and helpful and now I'm going to be waking down the aisle in my dream dress. I cannot thank Lesley enough, 100% recommend to any brides to be!

I initially had a really positive experience, Lesley asked me to try dresses I would never normally try, she clearly knows what she is doing, a dress I would have bypassed however tried It on, I fell in love with it immediately. Lesley offered to take it to the dressmaker she recommended. So I paid for the dress and didn't see it again until my first fitting. Under the dress makers lightening,which is so much brighter than Lesley's shop my aunt noticed a mark on the dress. Right across the front. Katrina assured me she would try her best to get it out. I called Lesley, at this point she was very helpful and said if it doesn't come out she will get another one. However the mark came out and all was well until the second fitting, which beads were falling off. I emailed Lesley. No reply after a couple of days, emailed again this time it was a little heated as I was so upset. We had planned the whole wedding within 4 months. I was panicking. Long story short Lesley was so obnoxious in her response, no empathy , no compassion, no after care. It was a case it was off the rack. I was offered a dress at full price but chose the 750 discounted one. It may have been off the rack but 750.00 is stil a lot of money for a nurse that had to work several shifts to pay for it. Luckily the dressmaker was fabulous. She fixed the beading free of charge. She calmed me down as I was so worried a third thing would go wrong on the actual day. I was literally inconsolable. And the dressmaker assured me the dress would be fixed as I was going to buy another dress as a standby incase something else went wrong. Fortunately I listened to the dressmaker and we had a wonderful day.
