Absolutely the greatest team of mechanics. From the first person I spoke to was Chris who got someone to look at my car straight away. Aiden & Callum who both fixed different parts in the engine on different visits, were quick & made sure if any issues to go back to them. I would absolutely recommend this Halfords garage in Dingwall to anyone. Thanks guys for a great service.

Took nearly 2 hours to change 4 tyres over. I don't mean it took them that long to start. Literally was watching them take 2 hours to actually swap over my tyres. So bizaree

These guys went above and beyond to fix my partners car when it needed a new sump due to a large pot hole ripping it to pieces even staying late to get it sorted! Well done and Thank you. You will definitely have us for all of our car needs in the future

After a freak-out involving a deer, a large stone and a low wall/dyke, (deer absolutely fine, didnt hit him and probably got home before me that night!), I ended up with a shredded front tyre and a slightly mashed alloy. It was my first ever accident and I was feeling sheepish and questioning everything I did. Callum, the manager, walked into work the following day and was greeted by the state of my car (which had been dropped off from a 50 minute drive away by the lovely Carl working alongside the AA). The first thing Callum said was that he hoped I didnt drive it there! I told him I didnt and talked him through the story and said I felt stupid. Callum was very kind, reassuring and also funny - which he didnt need to be but the customer service was top notch. After delegating to his team and calming me down more whilst doing his stock count all at the same time, within about half an hour, I was sorted with a new tyre and a patched up alloy - so I didnt have to buy a new wheel thankfully!! I feel bad because I cant remember the names of all of the team but everyone was fantastic - they even helped diagnose a mystery rattle in my other halfs car whilst we were there. Despite it being a busy day, they made time for us and we cant thank them enough. Highly recommend this team to anyone needing assistance with any situation. Thanks again guys! Well be back - but hopefully just for a service and new discs next time!
