        What an incredible bunch. The coaches are fun & supportive & help me tailor the workout to my ability. They have so much patience & are happy to help with technique, making sure I get the best from each workout & stay injury free! The rest of the community have been amazing too...I couldn't have felt more welcome.

        Would highly recommend KCT to anyone looking to join a gym. As a very unfit middle aged woman, the thought of joining a gym was very daunting, but I could not have been made to feel any more welcome. The coaches and other gym members are all very supportive and encouraging.
