We are involved in a house building project which at certain stages requires scaffolding. Our first choice turned out to be extremely problematic. That was until we contacted Duncan Scaffold. To say we were struggling was in understatement. An initial call to Derek Duncan , explaining our circumstances , resulted in our project being included in their very busy program. Since then we have never looked back. In particular Dereks empathy to our plight was immediately obvious . He quickly set in motion a suggested plan of action. What was to follow was transformative for the project moving forward which involved weekly scaffolding safety checks accompanied by up to date weekly email reports.
Proactive, professional, attention to detail ; as good as his word, reliable ; these are a selection of phrases / adjectives that best suits . In my opinion , this is a best in class company which I would not hesitate recommending.
