In an attempt to see the best of Scotland in a short 2 weeks, we Canucks stopped in the Caledonian Bar and had a delightful interaction with the proprietor, Mr. William Deas. By chance, upon leaving, we ended up in Deas Bakery next door. The selection of pies, cookies and cakes was mind boggling. We all bought something and shared. The overall consensus was 10/10. Future attempts at finding comparative baked goods were unsuccessful. Hit Dingwall and experience the best of what William Deas has to offer the Bar and the Bakery. You wont be disappointed. Thanks for the hospitality!

Stopped by to pick up some rolls, saw all the delicious breads, desserts, pastries, cakes, cookies etc. Will definitely go back to try some of their sweet treats.

I enjoy a visit to Dingwall and especially to the Deas Bakery. On the high Street there are two Deas Bakeries. The problem with a bakery is all the temptations. This bakery has so much choice and the staff are very pleasant. I always come away with a good bag full. I have been a few times and I have my favourites.
