June 2021. A one-night stay to break a journey on a Scottish Tour. Ord House is a hidden gem. Like many a country house hotel of the past, you are given an insight into how Estate life used to look. It has oodles of character. If you want shiny minimalism or 21st century chic this isn't for you. It's for people who appreciate charm, history, longevity and tradition. I loved it. For a night I felt like a Laird. McKenzie room, en suite, two lovely evening meals and substantial breakfast, 6 drinks and all the atmosphere we could imbibe 183.00. As Arnie said...
