Staff to busy talking to actually serve the ever growing line of customers. Young girl at shop counter throws your purchases down on the shelf after scanning it she never smiles .they put your change at back of shelf you have to bend down and reach in to get it .Not good for elderly people

Shockingly unhelpful staff at the post office counter today. Extremely rude to customers who were simply patiently waiting to be served. Asked for advice on best way to post parcels with stamps and were met with a blank stare and told to just put them on. Then told after the fact, oh they should go on the other side. We were nothing but polite and just looking for help to post parcels down to family. Would actively avoid in future due to these staff members unfortunately. Should not have to be worried about who will be behind the counter when going to the post office.
