Visited this branch of Lloyds in Denny last week. I was visiting the area and had no access to my GP however as my blood pressure was quite high I was concerned. I went to Boots first thinking large Company they will have a policy on this sort of thing. No didn't help in any way at all and said Lloyds probably couldn't either.Amazing ! I did go to Lloyds and they couldn't have been more helpful from the first assistant I spoke to and lady who took my BP and the pharmacist who spoke to me at length. Really put my mind at ease and as I was going to a wedding next day reassured me. I am sorry I didn't get any of their names but thank you all very much. Denny is lucky to have them.

I write this review with a heavy heart. For many years this was an excellent pharmacy with the most wonderful, helpful and polite staff. Sadly now it seems that customers are regarded as an interruption to their day rather than the reason they are there. I have zero tolerance of poor customer service and look forward to doing business with my new pharmacy.

Do not try to phone this chemist. I promise you that you will be wasting your time. Take my advice and get your prescriptions down the road at Boot's.
