Had our back garden landscaped by this company in February/March 2022. Job originally quoted as one week project. It took just over eight weeks. All we would say is that, end product may look good on the surface. However be mindful of what is or isn't underneath. This company damaged our driveway to the extent where it now floods. They did try to repair it, however this failed. On the rear garden we have flooding and there are areas which have clearly sunk. We asked the company director/owner for repairs under the guarantee, however he declined and has yet to respond to any communication in writing. As it stands at the moment we would not recommend this company for any landscaping project. In the response from the owner there is reference to our not making final payment. This is technically and factually inaccurate. The owner from the outset stated that he would not take a penny until work was completed and we were 100% satisfied. Four days into the project he requested 50% payment, which we paid. Unfortunately the damage sustained to our driveway and failure to repair it properly resulted in our withholding a percentage of the bill. We are not going to go into a war of words on social media as the owner has mentioned legal action. Coupled to threats made by the owner and name calling we will let people form their own opinion.

Interesting to see reviews with the same concerns as mine. Spent 9.5k in 2019 to have the back garden done. Initially, we loved it. Then, we noticed a couple of wobbly slabs. No response from Kevin. We paid for outside lights and one set failed within 9 months. Contacted Kevin repeatedly to get these fixed and was given the run around before he just completely ignored me. None of them work now. I asked for a detailed invoice so that I could see what the breakdown was for labour, materials, etc. Ive never received one. In the last 2 years, the grass has been poor and weve attempted to fix it. Having dug down to do so, its obvious that part of the issue is that theres insufficient soil underneath the turf that was laid and its just never thrived. When we redid one of the flower beds, we found bricks, stones, rubble and cans in what we dug into. Given that our entire garden was decked and slabbed previously, weve no idea where this came from. It still annoys me that we spent so much money and still didnt get the dream garden. Given the option again, Id avoid this company.

Drainage, back garden was totally water logged ground levelled new 8ft fence and gate, artificial grass and decking and new biggar bar, insulated walls and ceiling fancy lighting inside and out lots of internal double power sockets, external water tap relocated outside double waterproof socket for hottub, Kevin and his team. Of merry men, went above beyond what we expected, great bunch of guys, very highly recommended pics to follow Susie and Pedro Denny
