Initial appointment and service was good. Collected glasses and one pair was squeaking, I tried oil on the hinges but that didnt help. I went back in to see if they could exchange them or rectify the squeaking and was told no sorry thats what the matt plastic frames do. They didnt do it when I tried them on in the shop and it would have been nice to know that before selecting them. So Im now stuck with a pair of squeaky annoying glasses. Not happy with the after sale service and wont be going back again

Fantastic service. Took my wee girl in for an eye test recently. Receptionist friendly and courteous, optometrist put my daughter at ease by being kind, friendly and approachable. Glasses were ready the next day. Highly recommend

The best options I have ever been .with covid Don the manager delivered my g.daughters glasses twice .....after accident. Marrian makes you so welcome ......there are sweets .chocolate on the counter one amazing options. also Don detected a severe problem with my g.daughters eyes...don referred us that evening to the eye clinic .its being monitored now but she was very lucky thanks to don ...Amazing and thankyou

Amazing service & prices. Eye examination Tuesday , phone call to say new glasses ready Wednesday. Staff are friendly and courteous. A big thank you.
