Phoned James with a TV aerial problem in our new house and he was out within the hour. Problem identified straight away, multi-way amplifier had been removed from loft by previous owners and James had us up and running with a new one in no time at all. Our son is seriously compromised by Autism, his day varies so much, he watches tv quite a bit, we recently have had issues with the signal, my other half phoned an aerial company, call out charge, 79, two engineers turned up this morning, checked the loft aerial, said was installed in 1973, needs replacing, so, call out charge paid, tv remained with the no signal fault, estimate, wait for it, over 500, to repair the problem, common sense telling me that this was a total rip off. I did a bit of research, came across a chap called James Nelson who has his own aerial installation business, called him at 10am this morning, he arrived at my sons house at lunchtime, James did the necessary checks, turned out that the aerial cable from the wall socket to the tv was faulty, nothing to do with the loft aerial, replacement cable was under 15, tv working perfectly, James phoned myself, informed me of the outcome, and the total cost, we saved over 500 thanks to James, will seriously recommend this guy, you will not be disappointed
