reception staff try to act like Doctors, unprofessional and trainee staff are not trained to take calls properly as they are making mistakes with important orders, constant errors made by the reception team and when you ask what went wrong they just say they don't know then you have to wait on a new prescription either in agony or without vital medication, why do they cancel prescriptions ? I am amazed that this happens and no one gets held accountable it's ridiculous. I would try a different practice before I go with this one in all honesty.

Having had a few problems over the last couple of years I have found that since the practice has been taken over by the current doctors the service has been nothing short of 1st class. Although it may be the case that I don't always see a doctor I have always been able to speak to one and been taken in to the practice if necessary and on the same day. The reception staff are always helpful despite the amount of times I've had to call in and a particular mention must go to Marianne who can't do enough to help patients. Thanks to everyone at the practice.

Had nothing but positive experiences with the care provided by this practice. All staff are professional with the personal touch. Doctors are on the patients level of expected care & understanding. Even in this covid world their level of patient care is 2nd to none. Thank you all...
