Have used this place for our dogs for over 20 years. Never had an any issues with them. The dogs have seemed happy to go in. You can walk round with them to their pen and collection is lovely when you they see you open the pen to take them home. Same staff and she's always been warm, welcoming and friendly.

The owners really do seem lovely however the amount of staff they have Maning all those dogs are unpredictable and really shows the bad quality of care the dogs receive. Our dog came back totally out of character unable to eat ect and really traumatised. Our dog is crate trained and since coming back has not had a good experience. came back foul smelling and the things we had given along with our dog definitely needed rewashed. When dropping our dog off everything seemed fine otherwise wouldnt have left there however on collection everywhere was covered in feaces

Fabulous kennels, 2 mins along the road from the town into the countryside. Its been open for years, huge knowledge with animals too. Highly recommended.

I don't like to leave a bad review but we picked our dog up earlier than we had originally planned and found the area he was in soaked in what smelt like urine. He was soaking wet and smelled of urine. Apart from a very rare accident he is fully house trained so this was quite a shock to find him wet and in need of a bath and we need to clean the car to get rid of the smell once home. He was not himself when he came back and had barked himself horse. This was our first and last experience of this kennels. Our normal one was booked up so needed somewhere else, he always come back happy and even excited to go with their staff at the normal kennels so was disappointedto how he came back. The staff seemed quite friendly but I wouldn't recommend anyone use them.
