Called and spoke with Ryan and car taken in two days ago and collected today, all done without having to remove the exhaust manifold.
Brilliant "can do" attitude, rapid delivery and all at a reasonable cost. Hope to never use Pitcairn again, but so good that they are there in times of urgency.
