Absolutely brilliant place to stay. Great views, lodge was spotless, bed was sooo comfy. So peaceful even though you are on a working farm. Little gem of a place just to get away from it all. Hot tub - a bonus.

Nearby activities: We did not do any activities however seen quite a lot people fishing Walkability: Nice walk through the woods. Food & drinks: The Ship Inn at Gatehouse of Fleet was nice.

We all had a great time staying in Fleet View when attending a wedding locally. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty room for 6 adults. Beautiful views, lots of local walks to enjoy. We can recommend Rays Taxi for punctuality and friendliness. We have no hesitation in recommending Galloway View Luxury Holidays and would book again if we are in the area.

Lovely 3 bed accommodation. Hubby and I were holidaying with 2 elderly grandmother's so the accommodation set up was ideal for us . High quality comfortable beds and bedding. Great to have basics like liquid hand soap and fairy liquid, scourers, tea, coffee,pepper and oil, It would be handy for website to say what is supplied re basics. It does say firewood and it was plentiful. BBQ coals supplied and its a great big brick built barbecue in Fleet view .( with a great view)We bought firelighters. We had brought salt , bin bags dishwasher tabs and washing powder. I never mind bringing things. Just need to lnow for packing planning what to bring!There's a Washing machine and tumble dryer which is great. You need your own shower gel shampoo etc. And more loo roll if staying longer than a weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed our welcome empire biscuits . There is a dvd player but bring your own dvds. The telly has Netflix. There's a second telly in the ensuite bedroom which also has a bath and an ensuite shower . Hot tub was lovely. It was warm too. Great communication from Lizzie
