Never met such a vile woman as the owner of this site. Disgusting. Ruined everyone's weekend. Been visiting for 15 years and one day she just flipped out. No explanation. Just vile language in front of a 4 year old. Never going back.

Where do I begin, this is an amazing beach but totally ruined by the owner Alisin Hamilton . This lady is clearly deranged when it comes to business management. She was abusive and had the most foul language, she was swearing and shouting in front of 4 year olds . One minute we were allowed access to the site , the next we were not. I could say so much more but I won't. Just beware she is horrible and will ruin your holiday . That's if she doesn't run you over with her erratic driving . She drove over that campsite in a rage at speeds that would have killed a child. The review barely deserves 1 star and believe me it's only for the beach nothing else

So sad really. This place used to be fantastic, relaxed old fashioned informal campsite in the most stunning setting. The beach will never change but sadly the owner has. The site used to be run by the current owners mother in law and we have been enjoying family holidays for the last 15 plus years. The kids adore it there but sadly after this years experience we wont be back. We witnessed the current owner Alison Hamilton verbally abuse with a foul mouthed rant some friends of ours in front if their young primary school age children. And the reason - because they had simply not read a sign right and driven past her house without stopping. We have seen her do this before about three years ago with someone else and hoped it was a one off but she is getting worse than ever. She is totally unreasonable, unbalancened and unhinged, erratic in her driving around the campsite at high speeds. Her poor mother in law would turn in her grave if she knew the way Alison was ruining the place. She is also trying to develop this place but my fear is she will be wasting her money if she doesnt change the way she deals with customers. The beach and location are gorgeous but sadly this magical location is ruined for us
