KA Propertycare

We had a few quotes for our driveway but decided to use Alexander and his team as he kept telling us he guarantees his work for 10yrs. That was a big mistake. He was more expensive than other quotes we had but because of guarantee we were swayed to take on KA Propertycare We are almost 2yrs down the line and still no paperwork to prove this. We were very happy with the completed job and recommended them to our daughter. She also paid out a lot of money on our recommendation and the 10yr guarantee. She however has had a problem that has been getting worse as time has gone on because Alexander will not answer calls or emails. So much for 10yr guarantee. The company are also very happy to keep using our pictures of the transformation to our property. I find that really bad as they do not live up to their 10yr guarantee. If you are thinking of having work done to your property I would steer clear of KA Proprtycare. Services: Brick paver installation, Driveway installation

Reading the positive reviews, I can't believe this is the same firm I was unlucky enough to use. I paid lot of money to have my old slabs lifted and new ones laid and a foundation made for a summerhouse/shed. I have ended up with slabs that are uneven ( even after they lifted and re-laid some). Several slabs chipped and a loose brick . The foundation slabs are uneven and the whole thing slopes. I am having to pay hundreds of pounds to the shed company to provide a timber base to even it up . Part of the work was to remove all excess materials and a wooden hut. Throughout the whole process the communication was abysmal, I never knew when they would turn up or for how long. It ended when Alexander appeared one afternoon and they loaded their equipment and left without a word.. They have left various bits of stuff behind. They did not get rid of the hut, I had to get the help of my granddaughter to dismantle and take it to the dump. I have telephoned numerous times and been blocked. I have now raised a case with Consumer Advice and will pursue this. I am so disappointed, not only on the awful work but that anyone would treat another with such despicable behaviour. We absolutely loved our garden that was transformed by Alexander and his team May 2021, however it has been tainted by the after sales care and the supposed "10 year guarantee" that was promised. He built a wall from sleepers and part of it started coming away in the Sept 2021 and ive been trying since to get it fixed since and if its not done soon its likely to collapse. Its a hazard and no one can walk around that area. I'm not into public shaming but given that we are 10 months on my patience is waring thin and have every right to let people know that KA Property Care don't actually care if they've botched up a job or not!! All I want is the wall fixed so we can all move on. We paid an awful lot of money for this job and so disappointed this is how we are being treated. I have messaged several times with no reply. They are deleting any messages put on their Facebook posts and don't answer the phone. So this is just a warning to anyone about to have any work done.

Can't praise KA PROPERTY CARE highly enough, Alexander and his great team did as promised talked us through all stages of work arriving on time,leaving place tidy each night never halted working throughtout the day, couldn't believe how quickly our job was done, from removing grass, clearing site laying concrete and slabs, cutting slabs , laying edging, teram and stones just delighted would recommend this company.
