        Closing hours online are wrong. They'll tell you they shut at 12 every day rather than 3 and they refuse to help with pretty much anything you request

        Post office being in the lifestyle shop is useless. I have never actually been able to use it. One time I got sent to kilwinning as "they didn't deal with my issue" and today I attempted to post a letter bigger than the post box size. Advertised 9 - 3 however on arriving at 12.02 was told it was already closed.
