        Started off well, a good selection of biscuits each month which my wife purchased a subscription for me. However the previous box was late and missing an item. September's box has not turned up despite various attempts to get an update there is no communication.

        Asked us to do work for them. Disappeared without paying the bill. Eventually claimed that we never did the work, we gave evidence and they said they'd come back to us. Ghosting us again. It was only 81.25+vat so not worth taking them to court, but best to avoid doing work for them unless you're paid in advance. Edit: Paid after this review so added some stars as a gesture, but ignoring 30+ reminders and live chats is not a good look for a company
