This is an excellent service like no other programmes I've undertaken before. Holly herself is just brilliant, she is supportive and understanding but keeps you motivated, knowing just the right time to give you a kick up the backside. The meal plans are excellent and are tailored to your individual tastes. The recipes are relatively simple and easy to follow, not to mention delicious. Holly is good at making alterations if something doesn't suit which helps to keep you on track. The shopping lists that are provided are invaluable and another factor which made following the plan easier.

I consulted Holly early last year. I wanted to loose some weight & have a healthy life style. I have achieved both with her help. She planned all my meals according to my dietary requirements. She gave me recipes to keep. Those recipes have served me as a guideline for what to eat & how to make it. She's always there to answer any questions. I did few road trips while i was on her meal plan & she helped me choose my lunch at service stations before hand & that was really great help. I'd 100% recommend her services. She's really good at what she does.

Holly was recommended to me by a couple of friends. She took the time to understand my lifestyle, what worked for me, what my current eating habits were and also what I could fit into my schedule. Her meals were easy and tasty and allowed for double portions so saving on time. I still use many of them and her folder of recipies is up with all my books. I got down to my recommended weight, and had the fastest year in triathlon ever ! It really helped me to run fast ! I would deffo recommend

I have tried several diet clubs etc in the past but losing weight with Holly is so much better, her menus are excellent and easy to follow but more importantly you learn new habits that help you to maintain a healthy weight without constantly dieting . Thanks Holly
