Excellent, got all the kit I needed and some sage advice all at a reasonable price.

From the outset explained I was a beginner and shot left handed. Kit supplied with a right hand tab, right hand arrow rest and a supposedly ambi sight. Tab was exchanged, but apparently the arrow rest can be swapped with tools to make it left handed, and the sight will work, it'll just be upside down. Why not explain these things so that I can actually build the bow and consider whether I want to read things upside down, or get a different sight. Maybe if you can go in person to the shop they are different, but over email, messages etc, I have found them to answer questions, but not provide advice or guidance on what would be best. Now they want returns to be paid for by me. Nah - I'll go elsewhere.

First time visit to red frog, Graham couldn't have been more helpful. Just taken up archery as a hobby so he spoke me through everything was not pushy (like car salesman) at any point all the equipment I chose was my decision. Will certainly recommend and deal with him again

What a hero! Called in a panic on the day of my sons 10th birthday after being horrendously let down by Merlin for his present. Had a long chat with the guy who not only had in stock and recommended actually a better bow but volunteered at 6.00pm to set it all up for me so my son could shoot with it out of the box when he opened it.. Had my tracking number and guaranteed delivery within the hour saving my boys archery birthday weekend. So grateful for his kindness. When I said I wanted to write a positive review he replied Google would be great, but always here to save the day if I can. I know whos getting my custom again.

I Highly recommend Red Frog . Being a total novice, Greame patiently guided me through my purchase answering all my questions and later setting up my bow. Excellent service.
